Check Your Printer First
If a label isn't printing, first confirm that your printer is properly connected and configured in AccelerList.
Check that:
The correct printer is selected.
Your printer is powered on and connected.
The correct label size is configured.
Your printing connection is running properly.
Your printer can successfully print a test label.
Is It a Replenishment Item or a New Item?
Label behavior can depend on the type of FBA item you're listing.
Replenishment items:
Product labels can generally be printed as you add the item to your batch.
New FBA items:
For new items, the FNSKU may not yet be available at the moment the product is initially added. The item may first need to sync with Amazon before its FNSKU label can be printed.
Once the item has synced, you can print the product label or print it later while completing Box Content.
Important
A label not printing immediately does not necessarily mean Rapid Scanning isn't working. Check whether the item was successfully added to your batch before troubleshooting the printer itself.
