Understanding the Change
Amazon controls when an FNSKU becomes available for an FBA listing. Changes to Amazon's FBA workflow mean that AccelerList may not always be able to generate and print an FNSKU immediately when a new item is scanned into a batch.
This can make the labeling workflow different depending on whether you're adding a new FBA item or replenishing an existing FBA listing.
New FBA Items
For new FBA items, printing the FNSKU immediately as the product is scanned is no longer supported in the same way.
The item must first be listed and successfully synced with Amazon. Once the FNSKU becomes available, the product label can be printed.
Labels can also be printed while completing Box Content.
Replenishment Items
Replenishment items work differently because the existing Amazon listing already has an FNSKU.
When replenishing an existing FBA item, AccelerList can use the existing FNSKU and the product label can be printed as the item is added to the batch.
Important
If a new FBA item's label doesn't print immediately, this doesn't necessarily indicate a printer or AccelerList issue. Check whether the item has successfully synced with Amazon and whether an FNSKU is available.
