Below is an overview of how Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) orders are processed when a sale is made on eBay and fulfilled by Amazon.
Please don’t worry if updates don’t appear immediately on either platform. From the time an order is placed to when it is fulfilled and tracking is updated, it can take up to 24 hours.
In most cases, Amazon provides a tracking number to AccelerList within 12 hours, but it may occasionally take longer. Once the tracking number is received, it is automatically updated on your eBay order.
To help protect your eBay account from late shipment defects, you can set your eBay orders to be marked as shipped immediately in your AccelerList settings.
