Understanding eBay Orders in AccelerList

Learn how eBay orders are displayed in AccelerList and how to review their status, fulfillment, and tracking information.

When your eBay account is connected to AccelerList, supported eBay orders can be viewed from the Orders tab alongside orders from your other connected marketplaces.

How to View eBay Orders

Go to the Orders tab and select eBay from the available marketplace options.

You can also use All Platforms if you want to see eBay orders together with orders from your other connected marketplaces.

What Information Can I See?

Depending on the order, AccelerList may display information such as:

  • eBay order number

  • Order date

  • Item title

  • SKU

  • Quantity

  • Price

  • Order status

  • Fulfillment information

  • Tracking information when available

Understanding the Order Status

The status displayed in AccelerList helps you determine where the order is in the fulfillment process.

For example, an order may be Pending, Shipped, or Canceled.

If the order status in AccelerList does not match what you see on eBay, allow some time for synchronization and check again.

eBay Orders Fulfilled Through Amazon

Some eBay orders may be fulfilled using inventory stored with Amazon through Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

In these cases, Amazon handles the physical fulfillment while AccelerList helps connect the order information between the platforms.

Can't Find an eBay Order?

Check that your eBay account is properly connected, verify your Orders filters and date range, and search using the order number or SKU.
