When an eBay order is fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), AccelerList can receive fulfillment and tracking information as the order progresses. In some cases, however, tracking may not appear on the eBay order as expected.
Check the Order in Amazon
First, verify whether Amazon has shipped the MCF order and whether a tracking number is available.
If Amazon has not yet provided tracking, there will not yet be tracking information available to send to the eBay order.
Check Your eBay Handling-Time Settings
AccelerList includes a setting that can mark FBA orders as shipped on eBay based on the configured maximum handling time.
If an order reaches this timeframe before tracking becomes available, the order may be marked as shipped without tracking. Tracking that becomes available later may require manual attention depending on the order's state.
Check the Order in AccelerList and eBay
Compare the order across:
Amazon → AccelerList Orders → eBay
Check whether AccelerList has received the tracking number and whether that same tracking number appears on eBay.
If Tracking Still Hasn't Updated
If Amazon has provided tracking but it has not been pushed to eBay as expected, contact AccelerList Support with the eBay order number, Amazon fulfillment information, tracking number, and relevant timestamps.
