Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for purchases made in mobile apps directly. However, you can request a refund through the platform where you made the purchase:

For Google Play:

  1. Open Google Play Store > Menu > Account > Order History.

  2. Find your order and tap "Request a refund."

For App Store:

  1. Open the App Store > Profile > Purchased > My Drama.

  2. Tap "Report a Problem" and follow the instructions.
