Please note that if you cannot find an active subscription in your list of subscriptions on your device, your subscription is likely active on the web platform. In this case, please check your account on the web platform for active subscriptions.
Unfortunately, subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play can only be canceled directly from your store account, so we’re unable to do this from our side.
Below we’ve provided instructions on how you can cancel it.
On iOS (Apple):
Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
Select My Drama → tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
On Android (Google Play):
Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Select My Drama → tap Cancel subscription and confirm.
What happens next
Future charges stop immediately.
You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
