My Drama is a separate app and is not the same as DramaWave, iDrama, or Dramashorts. If you have made purchases or have subscriptions with DramaWave, iDrama, or Dramashorts, please note that these are different services and are not managed by My Drama.
For example:
DramaWave is its own streaming app with short vertical dramas and reels
Apps like iDrama, DramaWave, ReelShort, etc. are part of a broader trend of short-form vertical drama platforms, but they are not connected to each other
Our app (My Drama) is a separate platform created by a different company, even though it also focuses on vertical series
Because of this:
• Accounts are not shared between apps
• Subscriptions do not transfer
• Each app has its own billing system and support team
So even if they look similar, they are completely independent services. My Drama support can only assist with issues related to the My Drama app and not with other similarly named apps or services.
If you’re seeing charges that you believe are from our app, but you used another platform, there are a few possible explanations:
• The app names and services can be very similar, which sometimes leads to confusion about where the purchase was made
• You may have created an account or started a subscription in our app earlier, even if you later used a different one.
To help clarify this, we recommend checking:
• The exact name of the app listed in your payment receipt
• The email confirmation you received after the purchase
• The platform where the payment was made (App Store, Google Play, or web)
If you can, please send us a screenshot of the charge at our email address support@my-drama.com. Please keep checking your email, as our support team may request additional information from you to help us better serve you. We will process your request as quickly as we can, but you will never be left without an answer!
