If you purchased a subscription on the website but cannot watch content in the app, it is likely because your subscription benefits are tied to the account you used on the web.
If you’d like to move your subscription from the Web platform to the App, just follow these simple steps:
Go to the Profile tab inside the App and tap log in.
You’ll see several ways to log in - сhoose the option that is most convenient for you, but keep in mind that if you log in via your Google account, you should choose the Google account that is subscribed to the web platform. If you log in via Facebook or Apple, the same applies.If you choose “Log in with Email”
Make sure to use the same email you used when signing up on the web version.Enter your email and password to access your account and subscription.
🔒If you don’t remember your password:
Tap “Reset Password.”
We’ll send you an email with a reset link.
Please be aware that the email may have ended up in one of the following folders: Junk, Spam, Junk Email, or Archive. Be sure to check these folders if you can’t find the email.
Follow the steps in the email, create a new password, and log right in.
