Unfortunately, as we do not handle transactions directly, we are unable to process refunds on our end.
However, you can request a refund through the platform you used to make the purchase. Below are the steps to request a refund from Google Play and the App Store.
How to Request a Refund on Google Play:
1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
2. Tap on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) and select Account
3. Select Order History and find the order you want to refund.
4. Tap on the order and then tap Request a refund
5. Follow the instructions provided by Google to complete your refund request.
How to Request a Refund on the App Store:
1. Open the App Store on your iOS device.
2. Tap on your profile icon at the top right of the screen.
3. Tap on Purchased and locate the My Drama app.
4. Find the purchase you want to refund and tap on it.
5. Scroll down and tap on Report a Problem
6. Choose a problem from the list and follow the instructions to complete your refund request.
