For this reason, we're offering a 14-day free trial where you can freely try out all the features and functionalities of the app. This way, you can determine if MyFitCoach can assist you in reaching your fitness goals.
Please be aware that the free trial period will automatically convert into the subscription you selected at the beginning, unless you cancel it before the 14 days are up. If you'd like to select a different subscription type, you can follow our article "How do I change or extend my subscription type?".
If you decide not to continue the MyFitCoach subscription after the trial period, you must cancel it before the 14th day. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period to ensure no charges occur.

Special conditions apply if you purchase through Stripe (www.myfitcoach.app). If you purchase directly on our website and take action within 30 days of purchase but before your subscription ends, you may qualify for our money-back guarantee. To qualify for a refund, you must complete 8 training sessions, each lasting at least 60 minutes, on 8 different days and provide proof through screenshots. Please note that personal or financial reasons do not qualify under the money-back guarantee.
