At MyFitCoach, payments are always recurring as part of a subscription. This means your subscription will automatically renew for the selected period unless it is canceled before the end date.
General information about billing
The full amount for the selected subscription period is charged at the start of the term. All costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Monthly subscription: Amount is charged every month.
Quarterly/Yearly subscription: Full amount is charged at the beginning.
Trial period (if available)
Via the website (Stripe), a free trial is generally not included. Instead, we often offer discounted introductory deals (e.g., 50% off for the first term).
Via App Stores (Apple / Google Play), free trial periods may be available (e.g., 14 days), which will be clearly shown in the store.
Important: If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, the full amount will be charged automatically.
30-day money-back guarantee (website purchases only)
Available only for purchases made via our website (Stripe): In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.
Requirements:
At least 8 training sessions on 8 different days, each lasting at least 60 minutes.
Proof via screenshots sent to our support team.
Please note: This guarantee does not apply to subscription purchases made via App Stores.
