Currently, you’ll need to track your nutrition in one of the nutrition tracking apps (e.g., MyFitnessPal, Lifesum, YAZIO) and manually transfer the data to the MyFitCoach app. We understand this can be a bit cumbersome, but we’re working hard to find a solution that enables automatic tracking within MyFitCoach.

For iOS devices, synchronization with Apple Health and thus all standard tracking apps is already possible. You can find more information on this in our Apple Health article in the Help Center.

You can enable or disable nutrition tracking at any time in the nutrition profile (menu at the top of the nutrition tab).

Unfortunately, we have not yet found a sustainable and satisfactory solution for Android. However, we want to assure you that we continue to work on integrating tracking apps and trackers into MyFitCoach and hope to present a solution soon.

We want to hear your opinion! If you would like to let us know which trackers and tracking apps you are currently using and would like to connect with MyFitCoach, please tell us. We value your feedback and are working hard to constantly improve MyFitCoach.

If you have further questions or suggestions, please email us at support@myfitcoach.de.
