How can I change my payment method?

Step-by-step guide to updating your payment details

If your bank account, credit card, or payment platform has changed, you can easily update your payment method to ensure your MyFitCoach subscription continues without interruption. Select your purchase platform below and follow the steps:

๐ŸŒ Website (Stripe)

  1. Log in to the Stripe customer portal using the same email you use for the app login.

  2. Open the email from Stripe and click "Sign in".

  3. Click the pencil icon next to your payment plan.

  4. Select a new payment method or add one, then click "Update".

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap your name โ†’ Payment & Shipping.

  3. Update your payment method.

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Tap your profile picture โ†’ Payments & Subscriptions โ†’ Payment methods.

  3. Choose Edit payment method or add a new one.

๐ŸŒ Website (Digistore24)

  1. Open the order confirmation email from your original purchase.

  2. Click the link under "You can view an overview of your order here:"

  3. Select "Change payment method".

  4. Click "Change payment details" and enter your new payment method.

  5. Confirm by clicking "Buy now" (no payment will be charged; it only updates your payment method).
