How can I change my payment method?

Website (Stripe)

If you´ve subscribed via the website (Stripe), you can change your payment method at any time.

  1. Log in to the Stripe customer portal using the same email you use to log in to the app.

  2. You will receive an email where you can click on the "Sign In" link.

  3. Click on the pencil icon next to the respective payment plan.

  4. Select the new payment method or add a new one and click on "Update".


iOS (App Store)

If you've subscribed through the App Store, all the necessary information to change your payment method can be found at Apple.


Android (Google Play)

If you've subscribed through the Google Play Store, all the necessary information to change your payment method can be found at Google Play.


Website (Digistore24)

If you've subscribed through the website (Digistore), you can change your payment method at any time.

You'll need the original order confirmation email to change your payment method. Click on the link under "You can find an overview of your order here:"

  1. Click on "Change Payment Method"

  2. Select "Change Payment Details (e.g., Bank Account)"

  3. Provide your preferred payment method

  4. Click on "Buy Now" (no payment will be processed). This finalizes your payment method change.
