By reactivating your MyFitCoach subscription, you’ll instantly regain access to all training plans, progress data, and coaching features – exactly where you left off. Your saved settings and history remain intact, so you can seamlessly continue your journey.
How to reactivate your subscription
Tip before you start: Make sure you’re using the latest version of the MyFitCoach app and have a stable internet connection. Also, check that your payment information is current and valid, as otherwise renewal won’t be possible.
📱 iOS (App Store)
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top.
Select Subscriptions.
Find the MyFitCoach subscription in the list and tap it.
Choose the desired subscription option and tap Reactivate.
📱 Android (Google Play Store)
Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
Tap your profile picture in the top right (or the menu icon ☰ in older versions).
Select Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Find the MyFitCoach subscription and tap it.
Tap Reactivate.
🌐 Website (Stripe or Digistore24)
If you originally purchased your subscription through our website:
Contact our service team via email at support@myfitcoach.de or through the contact form.
Please provide your registered email address.
We’ll review the reactivation for you and confirm your updated subscription status via email.
If problems occur
Subscription not showing in your store settings? → Check if you’re logged in with the correct Apple ID or Google account. In some cases, your previous subscription may have been through Stripe or Digistore24.
Payment fails? → Update your payment details in the App Store, Google Play, or customer portal (for web subscriptions).
