You can change your subscription plan depending on the purchase platform. Select the platform where you purchased your current MyFitCoach subscription and follow the steps below.
💡 Tip before you start:
Make sure you are using the latest version of the MyFitCoach app and have a stable internet connection.
Check that your payment information is up to date to ensure a smooth change.
🌐 Website (Stripe)
A direct switch between subscription plans is currently not possible here.
📩 Please contact our support team at support@myfitcoach.de – we will make the desired change manually and discuss possible options with you.
🔗 Go to the Stripe Customer Portal – here you will find all information about your current subscription.
📱 iOS (App Store)
Here you can change the subscription plan directly in your Apple settings.
How to:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name → Subscriptions.
Select MyFitCoach.
Tap the desired subscription option.
Tap Buy.
📱 Android (Google Play Store)
Google Play does not support direct changes during an active subscription.
You can cancel your current subscription and then start a new subscription with your preferred plan:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Go to your profile picture → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Cancel your current MyFitCoach subscription.
After it expires, select your new preferred plan.
🌐 Website (Digistore24)
Here you can change your subscription plan yourself. The new plan will become active after the current billing period ends.
How to:
Open the order confirmation email from your original purchase.
Click the link under “You can find an overview of your order here:”.
Select Change payment method.
Click Change billing interval.
Choose your desired future subscription plan.
Enter your preferred payment method.
Confirm by clicking Buy Now (no immediate payment will be made).
