How can I change my subscription period?

Here's how you can change your subscription type, for instance, switch from a monthly subscription to an annual one.

Website (Digistore24)

If you have completed your subscription via the website (Digistore24), then you can change your subscription even during the current subscription period and the change made will then become active after the end of the current subscription billing period.

To change your subscription, you need the original order confirmation email. There you click on the link under "To download your additional purchase and view a summary of your purchase, follow this link:"

  1. Click on "Change payment method"

  2. Select "Change payoff interval"

  3. Choose your desired (future) subscription variant

  4. Specify your preferred payment method

  5. Purchase the desired subscription variant (payment is only made after the end of the current subscription billing period)

After the end of the current subscription billing period, the desired and previously selected subscription variant will become active.


iOS (App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap on your name and then on "Subscriptions".

  3. Tap on the name of the subscription you want to change.

  4. If different types of subscriptions are available, a list will appear. Tap on the desired option.

  5. Tap on "Renew".


Android (Google Play)

If you have completed your subscription via the Google Play Store, unfortunately, you cannot change the subscription during an ongoing subscription. You would have to cancel your subscription and purchase a subscription with a different term. Unfortunately, we can't change this circumstance, as Google Play does not provide a function for changing the subscription variant.

If you want to keep your current subscription variant, you don't need to do anything. Your subscription will automatically be extended for the same period (unless you have canceled before expiration).
