How can I change my subscription period?

This is how you can change your subscription plan, for example from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription.

You can change your subscription plan depending on the purchase platform. Select the platform where you purchased your current MyFitCoach subscription and follow the steps below.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip before you start:

  • Make sure you are using the latest version of the MyFitCoach app and have a stable internet connection.

  • Check that your payment information is up to date to ensure a smooth change.


๐ŸŒ Website (Stripe)

A direct switch between subscription plans is currently not possible here.
๐Ÿ“ฉ Please contact our support team at support@myfitcoach.de โ€“ we will make the desired change manually and discuss possible options with you.

๐Ÿ”— Go to the Stripe Customer Portal โ€“ here you will find all information about your current subscription.


๐Ÿ“ฑ iOS (App Store)

Here you can change the subscription plan directly in your Apple settings.

How to:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap your name โ†’ Subscriptions.

  3. Select MyFitCoach.

  4. Tap the desired subscription option.

  5. Tap Buy.


๐Ÿ“ฑ Android (Google Play Store)

Google Play does not support direct changes during an active subscription.

You can cancel your current subscription and then start a new subscription with your preferred plan:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Go to your profile picture โ†’ Payments & Subscriptions โ†’ Subscriptions.

  3. Cancel your current MyFitCoach subscription.

  4. After it expires, select your new preferred plan.


๐ŸŒ Website (Digistore24)

Here you can change your subscription plan yourself. The new plan will become active after the current billing period ends.

How to:

  1. Open the order confirmation email from your original purchase.

  2. Click the link under โ€œYou can find an overview of your order here:โ€.

  3. Select Change payment method.

  4. Click Change billing interval.

  5. Choose your desired future subscription plan.

  6. Enter your preferred payment method.

  7. Confirm by clicking Buy Now (no immediate payment will be made).
