How can I change my password?

Here's what you can do if you've forgotten your password!

If you're logged out of the app, you can request a password reset on the start screen of the app under "Login" and then "Forgot Password?". Simply put in the email address you used to register with MyFitCoach and we'll send you a link via email to set up a new password. Afterwards, you can log in to the app with your new password.

If this doesn't work, please make sure you're careful with capital and lower-case letters. If you still can't log in, please reach out to our Support Team through our support chat, providing your email and your new desired password.
