How Can I Reset My Account, Training Plan, or Exercises in MyFitCoach?
Resetting your MyFitCoach account, training plan, or specific exercises can help you start fresh or customize your workout experience to better suit your goals. Here’s an overview of the reset options and guides on how to proceed.
Resetting Your Account and Training Plan
If you want to fully reset your MyFitCoach account and delete all existing data, follow these steps:
Steps to Reset Your Account
Open the app and navigate to Profile > Settings (gear icon) > Account Details.
Tap on Reset Account.
A warning message will appear, notifying you that all existing data will be deleted and the account will be fully reset.
Confirm by clicking Reset in the pop-up window.
You will be automatically logged out, and your account will be deleted. After resetting your account, you can set up a new one:
Select I already have an account on the start screen.
Complete the onboarding process again using the same email address linked to your subscription. This ensures your subscription remains active.
Resetting Without Deleting Progress
If you accidentally hit the start button or need to trigger a new plan recalculation without losing your progress, you can:
Adjust your profile settings, such as training duration or other parameters. This action recalculates your plan while keeping your progress intact.
You can also create custom exercises at any time and let the app track your progress with them — for example if you’re training in a different gym or using equipment from another manufacturer.
Removing Specific Exercises From Your Plan
If you’d like to remove certain exercises from your training plan, follow these instructions:
Open your training plan and locate the exercise you want to remove.
Tap the three-dot icon next to the exercise and select Remove Exercise.
Alternatively, tap on the exercise, choose ... More, and then Remove Exercise.
Important Notes:
Reset actions, such as deleting your account or clearing your plan, are irreversible. Make sure to confirm before proceeding.
If you reset your account, use the same email address during re-onboarding to retain your subscription.
