Your data and entries are automatically saved on our servers in Germany. It doesn't matter what device (iOS or Android) you've used for input. As long as you log in with the same user account, you can continue your coaching at any time.
If you purchase a new smartphone or for any other reason use a different smartphone, you need to log out of the MyFitCoach app on your old device to ensure the latest version of your data is sent to the server. Afterwards, you can log in with your user data on another device and continue your coaching with your existing data, which is loaded from the server when you log in.
The subscription is account-based, meaning it's linked to the email address you provided when you created your account with MyFitCoach. If you switch between different smartphones or even between different operating systems (e.g., Android to iOS), you don't need a new subscription or a new account. You can simply continue with your existing account.
