Requirements Your Device Should Meet for the MyFitCoach App to Run Smoothly

To use MyFitCoach, you must use a device that operates with iOS or Android. You can use our app exclusively on your smartphone and possibly your tablet.

We can only provide our app and coaching for devices that have at least one of the following versions installed:

  • iOS 16.0 or later

  • Android 8 or later

If an older version of Android is installed on your device, the app can no longer be downloaded or updated. Therefore, please check if an operating system update is available for your device.

Note: We currently do not offer a web app or desktop apps. MyFitCoach can only be used on your iOS or Android device.


Note on Beta Versions of iOS or Android

Please note: If you're using a beta version of your operating system, you may experience display issues or functional limitations within the app. Beta versions are pre-release updates that often include short-term technical changes, which we may not be able to respond to immediately.

Since we optimize MyFitCoach for stable, officially released operating systems, we cannot guarantee full compatibility with beta software. We therefore recommend using MyFitCoach only with an official release version of iOS or Android.
