Your data and entries are automatically saved on our servers in Germany. The device (iOS or Android) used for input doesn't matter. As long as you log in with the same account, you can resume your coaching at any time.
If you purchase a new smartphone or start using a different one for any reason, you need to log out from the MyFitCoach app on your old device, ensuring the most up-to-date version of your data is sent to the server. Subsequently, you can log in with your user data on the other device and continue your coaching with the existing data.
Your subscription is linked to the email address you provided when setting up your MyFitCoach account. If you're switching between different smartphones or even different operating systems (like Android to iOS), you won't need a new subscription or a new account. You can simply continue using your existing account.
Please note! If you log in on two devices simultaneously, there's a risk of data loss. Please always log out from one device before logging in on a new one.
