How can I request a refund?

If you're looking to request a refund for your subscription but aren't quite sure how to go about it, you'll find the answer here.

Please note that subscriptions made through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store cannot be directly refunded by us as a company. We do not have access to your subscriptions or payment data and therefore cannot initiate refunds directly. In this case, please contact the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store directly and follow the appropriate steps.

Website (Stripe)

If you have completed your MyFitCoach subscription through our website, please send us an email at support@myfitcoach.de and please provide the mail you've registered your account with.

Please keep our refund policy in mind!

Alternatively, you can submit a refund request using our MyFitCoach refund request form. Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.


iOS (App Store)

If you have completed your MyFitCoach subscription via the App Store, you can request a refund directly from the App Store by following these steps:

If you have completed your MyFitCoach subscription via the Google Play Store, you can request a refund directly from the Google Play Store by following these steps:

If you cannot complete a refund through the Google Play Store, please send us an email at support@myfitcoach.de and please provide your Google Play order number.
