If you want to delete your account on MyFitCoach and remove all associated personal data and payment information, we're here to make the process smooth and secure for you.

To initiate the deletion of your account, all associated personal data, and payment information in the MyFitCoach app, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support chat in the app or send an email to support@myfitcoach.com.

  2. Clearly indicate in your message that you wish to delete your account and all associated data.

  3. Make sure to provide us with your account email and any relevant information so that we can unequivocally identify your account and carry out the deletion.

We respond to all inquiries daily and will process the deletion of your account and associated data as quickly as possible. Please note that this process cannot be undone. Therefore, we recommend that you think carefully before making this decision.
