The purpose of the deload is for you to reduce accumulated fatigue through a planned lighter training week (deload). As such, your muscles should be underworked or significantly underworked during this deload week. You should truthfully state this when answering the recovery questions at the end of the deload week.
If your muscles didn’t feel underworked during the deload week, it’s important that you indicate this as well.
