Let’s explain with an example:
You selected to train 4 times per week — Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Today is Friday, and you're just starting with MyFitCoach.
➡️ Simply begin with the workout scheduled for today (Friday). The earlier workouts (Monday and Tuesday) will remain open.
Once you've completed the last workout of the week (Saturday), tap “Complete” to finish the training week.
Then, start the new week on Monday with your first scheduled session and continue your training as planned.
What happens to missed workouts?
Workouts skipped at the start of the week are not automatically rescheduled. You don’t need to delete them manually — they will stay open and be ignored once the week is completed.
Can I make up missed workouts?
Yes! You can complete a skipped workout on a rest day or any other day — but only as long as you’re still in the same training week.
After completing the week, missed or accidentally started workouts can no longer be made up. Try to keep the original workout order for the best results.
