Choosing the right starting point of the training week.

Here's how you can get started with your training plan if you downloaded the app in the middle of the week.

Let's explain this question best through an example. Imagine this scenario: you've scheduled that you want to train 4 times a week and your training days are Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. The current day you're starting with the MyFitCoach app is Friday.

You kick off with the workout that's scheduled for the current day of the week (Friday), and you leave the first workouts, which were meant for the already past days (Monday and Tuesday), untrained. Once you finished the last workout of the week (Saturday), you complete the current week by hitting the “Complete” button next to the training week number. As the new week begins, you start with the first workout on Monday, and now you’re in sync with the intended schedule.
