Optimizing the training plan within the time constraints

If you're finding that there's not enough volume or exercises in your training plan, the reason could be the workout duration you've set.

In the MyFitCoach app, the AI creates a training plan that is based on your individual needs and time constraints. In this article, we explain what it means when your plan is at the time limit and how you can optimally adjust it to achieve your training goals.

When your training plan in the MyFitCoach app is at the time limit, it means that MyFitCoach would like to incorporate more volume, exercises, and sets into your plan. However, this is counterbalanced by the number of training days and Workout Duration that you have set. To tailor the plan optimally to your needs, you can increase the number of training days or the duration. This gives MyFitCoach more leeway to optimize your plan.

If adjusting the Workout Schedule or the Workout Duration is not an option for you, that's not a problem. Your training plan in the MyFitCoach app is designed to make the most of the time you have available. Your current training plan is therefore the best for the time constraints you have provided.

If you wish to adjust your settings, go to the “Training” tab > “Training” button at the top > Workout Duration / Workout Schedule.
