How to Change a Person's Experience

In this article, you will learn how to move an individual or group from one experience to another within the My Gocu platform.

Steps to Make the Change:

  1. Access the specific reservation:

    • Locate the reservation of the person or group you want to move.

  2. Click on the “More Actions on the Reservation” button:

    • This button is located at the top right corner of the reservation screen.

    • Select the option “Change Group.”

  3. Select how many people you want to move:

    • If it’s an individual reservation, you can choose to move only one person.

    • If it’s a group reservation, you can choose to move the entire group.

  4. Choose the destination for the change:

    • Decide if you want to move the people to:

      • An existing group: Select a group that was already created.

      • A new group: Create a new group for these people.

  5. Indicate if the change includes accommodation:

    • If the new group includes accommodation, select the appropriate option:

      • Existing allocation: Assign the people to an already available room.

      • New allocation: Create a new room setup.

      • No accommodation: If no accommodation is required, select this option.

  6. Confirm the change:

    • Once all the steps above are completed, review the details and confirm the action.

  • Moving people within the same experience (e.g., reassigning rooms).

  • Transferring individuals or entire groups from one experience to another.
