The Billing Code field in the client profile is an optional feature designed to streamline internal accounting processes. While not mandatory, it can be a useful tool for companies that want to assign certain employees to specific billing codes, particularly for internal tracking or reference purposes.

How Does it Work?

Billing codes typically help employers segment their employees by department, project, or other relevant categories. This can be helpful for companies looking to track costs associated with particular groups of employees. By assigning a billing code in the employee profile, it becomes easier for employers to organize their financial records, allocate costs, and manage internal budgets.
