We’re excited to announce the launch of our redesigned claim experience, created with one goal in mind: making your life easier. Based on your feedback, we’ve introduced a host of updates to streamline the process and give you more control when submitting claims. Here’s a closer look at what’s new!

What’s Changed?

1. Multi-Expense Submission Made Simple

Say goodbye to submitting one expense at a time! The new claim experience allows you to submit multiple expenses in one go, as long as they are for the same patient and benefit year. You’ll now have up to 10 spots for expenses per submission, each with the ability to upload up to 5 attachments. This is perfect for grouping related claims, like multiple receipts for a single category or all your family’s claims for the month.



2. Cleaner and More Intuitive Interface

We’ve given the claims portal a modern facelift to make navigation simpler and more intuitive. Whether it’s selecting claim categories or uploading attachments, the process is now visually clearer and easier to follow.

3. Streamlined Documentation Upload

Need to attach receipts or other supporting documents? The updated system supports drag-and-drop functionality and clearer file type guidelines, so you know exactly what’s needed and can get it done in a snap.
