If you need confirmation of your dependent(s) on your plan, you can download your Plan PDF from the dashboard of your main screen. From there, click the dropdown menu for "Plan Information", and view your full employee plan. This will include a list of your dependent(s).
Additionally, to retrieve a confirmation of coverage or a confirmation of termination, myHSA Support can create an official letter for you.
