As per the attached guide, an HSA counts as "private coverage" and therefore, reimbursements through an HSA cannot be applied to the Trillium deductible as the member would not be 'out-of-pocket' for those prescription costs. Once all private and HSA coverage has been exhausted, then the out-of-pocket costs will contribute to the quarterly deductible.

Members of the Trillium Program must report all insurance and coverage, including health spending accounts.

myHSA can provide the member with a letter stating that the coverage has been exhausted. They can reach out to support@getmyhsa.com to request this.
