At myHSA, we understand that waiting for your claim to be processed can be hard! Our goal is to ensure a swift and efficient adjudication process for everyone. Here are some reasons why your claim might be pending and what you can do about it.

We are on your team!

We want to reimburse your claim as quickly as possible too! Our standard turnaround time for claim adjudication is 1-3 days. This means that once you submit your claim, it will be pending until one of our awesome adjudicators has had the chance to review it. Please allow this period for your claim to be processed.

Missing Information

Sometimes, a claim may be pending because it is missing necessary information. In such cases, our adjudicators will request more details from you. You can easily check if more information is needed by visiting the "View Claims" tab on our platform. If there is a question mark next to your claim, it indicates that further action is required from you. If your notifications are on, you'll also receive these updates to your phone or email (depending on what you have in your settings!)

Delays Beyond the Standard Processing Time

If your claim has been pending for more than 3 days, it is important to reach out to us. We strive to adjudicate all claims promptly, but occasionally delays can happen (especially if volumes are high!).

You can get assistance by starting a live chat on our website or by emailing us at support@getmyhsa.com. Our support team will be happy to help you resolve any issues.

Within Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Unfortunately, if your claim is still within the 1-3 day SLA, we cannot expedite it. We handle all claims in the order they are received to ensure fairness for all members. Rest assured, your claim is important to us, and we are working diligently to process it as quickly as possible.

Reimbursement happens the following Wednesday or Friday after the claim is approved! You should see the funds in your account the afternoon or evening of the deposit date. You can check the Estimated Deposit Date in your "View Claims" tab!

Your feedback is valuable to us! If you have any suggestions or comments on how we can improve our service, please reach out via email. We appreciate your input and are always looking for ways to enhance our processes. Thanks as always for your patience!

For any further questions or assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us via live chat or at support@getmyhsa.com. We’re here to help!
