Step-by-Step Instructions
Configuring the label settings is done within the advanced settings of a specific carrier integration.
1. Navigate to Carrier Integrations
From the main menu, go to Integrations > Shipping
Find and click on the carrier you wish to configure
3. Access Advanced Settings
In the "Edit Connection" panel that appears on the right side of the screen, click on the Advanced tab.
4. Configure Label Settings
Field | Description | Possible Values |
*Label Format | This required field determines the file format of the generated shipping label. The format you choose must be compatible with your label printer and integrated carrier. | PDF / ZPL / EPL / ZPLII / EPL2 etc. |
LabelSize | This field specifies the physical dimensions of your shipping labels. The most common size for standard shipping labels is 4x6 inches. | 4x6 |
*Label Messages #1 & #2 & #3 | These optional fields allow you to add custom text or reference information to the shipping label. This can be useful for internal notes, order numbers, or marketing messages. | Example: "Thank you for your order!", "Fragile", or a custom field like Store OrderCode. The exact supported variables may vary based on the carrier. |
*Label format possible values can be changed based on selected carrier.
