Step-by-Step Instructions

Configuring the label settings is done within the advanced settings of a specific carrier integration.

1. Navigate to Carrier Integrations

  • From the main menu, go to Integrations > Shipping

  • Find and click on the carrier you wish to configure

3. Access Advanced Settings

  • In the "Edit Connection" panel that appears on the right side of the screen, click on the Advanced tab.

4. Configure Label Settings

*Label Format

This required field determines the file format of the generated shipping label. The format you choose must be compatible with your label printer and integrated carrier.

PDF / ZPL / EPL / ZPLII / EPL2 etc.

LabelSize

This field specifies the physical dimensions of your shipping labels. The most common size for standard shipping labels is 4x6 inches.

*Label Messages #1 & #2 & #3

These optional fields allow you to add custom text or reference information to the shipping label. This can be useful for internal notes, order numbers, or marketing messages.

Example: "Thank you for your order!", "Fragile", or a custom field like Store OrderCode. The exact supported variables may vary based on the carrier.

*Label format possible values can be changed based on selected carrier.

*Number of Label messages field can be changed based on selected carrier.
