Download Orders: Automatically imports TikTok Shop orders into Logiwa for fulfillment.
Download Products: Imports your TikTok Shop product catalog into Logiwa so SKUs exist for fulfillment.
Sync Inventory: Automatically sends sellable inventory quantities from Logiwa to TikTok Shop.
TikTok Shipping & CBT – Label Retrieval: Retrieves TikTok-generated shipping labels and tracking numbers and attaches them to the corresponding order in Logiwa.
Send Shipment Information: Sends shipment details, carrier, and tracking numbers to TikTok Shop once an order has shipped from Logiwa.
Connect to TikTok Shop
Navigate to Integration Management - Store & Marketplace and select TikTok Integration. Connect TikTok Integration pop-up will appear. Fill in TikTok Store Name, Client, Warehouse, Shipment Order Type, Product UOM, and Contact Email, then click Continue.
TikTok Integration Pop-up Configuration Details

TikTok Store Name | The name of your TikTok connection in Logiwa. |

Warehouse | The warehouse linked to this connection. The source of inventory synchronization. |
Shipment Order Type | The order type used when creating shipment orders. |
Product UOM | The unit of measure used during product download. Must be uniform and match across TikTok and Logiwa for orders to sync successfully. |
Contact Email | The address that receives integration notifications. Status updates and errors. |
2. On the feature-selection screen, toggle on the flows you want, then click Continue.
3. Configure workflow options for each enabled flow. Enter your TikTok Warehouse Id for Send Shipment Information and Sync Inventory, or toggle Allow Product Creation for Download Products. Click Install.
4. You'll be redirected to TikTok pop-up. Loging to your TikTok Shop. On the Renew screen appeared on the screen, confirm the shop is authorized and your contact details, then click Confirm to Install.
5. On the Authorize screen, review the permissions Logiwa IO is requesting, check the acknowledgment box, and click Authorize.
6. Once you authorized Logiwa, you'll be redirected to the TikTok Connection List, showing your new connection as Completed and Activated.
To edit a connection, click it to open Edit Store Connection. You can update Store Name, Active status, and Contact Email here. You can click to Manage Configuration to change enabled flows.
Once you change the configurations on the pop-up and Click Continue, then Close, your changes will be saved.
Finding Your TikTok Warehouse ID
Only one warehouse can push inventory to TikTok, so the integration needs that warehouse's TikTok ID:
In TikTok Seller Center, go to Logistics > Warehouses.
Find your integrated pickup warehouse. Its Warehouse ID is listed just below its name.

⚠️ Order lines must not be edited manually in Logiwa; doing so blocks shipment updates and label retrieval on TikTok. Make changes in TikTok instead; unprocessed orders sync back automatically.
⚠️Product UoM's need to be uniform and match the UoM provided in the TikTok Integration Pop-up Configuration for orders to be successfully synced from TikTok to Logiwa.

Download Products
Purpose: Imports TikTok product catalog into Logiwa to ensure SKUs exist for fulfillment.
When It Runs:
Initial full product catalog import during setup
Scheduled sync for new products and updates
Kit Items: Kit item components cannot be created by TikTok.
Kit items cannot be created directly on TikTok.
We can pull the actual kit item (parent SKU) from TikTok.
However, component details are NOT received from TikTok.
Component assignment for kit items must be configured in Logiwa.

Sync Inventory
Purpose: Ensures TikTok Shop displays accurate available inventory.
Sync Frequency: Every 10 minutes.
Quantity Logic
The quantity sent to TikTok reflects:
Sellable Quantity = On Hand Quantity − Open SO Quantity.
This matches: Inventory → Available to Promise → Sellable Quantity.
The pre-assembled kit quantity is also reflected.
Real-Time Kit Capacity Sync: If a component's sellable quantity undergoes a change due to a Shipment Order allocation or a Transaction within the last 10 minutes, the system identifies all associated Kit-to-Order parent products. An update is then triggered to sync the Net Kitting Capacity of these parent kits to the relevant platform.

TikTok Shipping & CBT – Get Label
Purpose: Retrieves shipping labels and tracking numbers generated by TikTok Shop and attaches them directly to the corresponding orders in Logiwa. This eliminates manual login to Seller Center and ensures compliance with TikTok's platform-generated label requirements.
Sync Frequency: On-demand.
How It Works:
Warehouse selects the TikTok Shipping custom carrier.
Logiwa requests eligible shipping services from TikTok based on:
Package weight
Package dimensions
Order line item IDs
TikTok assigns the optimal carrier based on:
Package size
Weight
Destination trends
The label is returned and stored in Logiwa.
Note: CBT (Cross-Border Trade) orders are also supported
Important Limitations:
Label Voiding Not Supported - TikTok Shipping does not support voiding labels. To cancel a label, you must cancel the order in TikTok Seller Center.
Order Line Integrity Required - If order lines are added or deleted manually or via workflow, the order lines become unrecognizable to TikTok and label retrieval will fail.
Send Shipment Information
Purpose: Automatically sends Order ID, order lines, carrier name, and tracking number to your TikTok Shop (master tracking number if multiple packages).
Sync Frequency: Every 10 minutes.

Common Questions & Edge Cases
Can I edit order lines in Logiwa after they're downloaded from TikTok?
No. This breaks TikTok's ability to recognize the order. Change it in TikTok instead.
Can I void a TikTok Shipping label?
No. Cancel the order in Seller Center instead.
Can TikTok Shop products include kit components?
The parent SKU can, but components must be assigned manually in Logiwa.
