Tasks are the core entities of your Warehouse Management. Each task type represents a single activity like Picking, Packing, etc.

For directing your crew on Warehouse Management System, you must create tasks about their jobs. In this way, you're able to monitor every step and every individual crew member.

How is it useful?

This report gives you real-time information about which 'Shipment Order' or 'SKU' is processing right now, which one is still waiting and which one is completed.

Besides this basic information, this report also informs you about which user is processing this task right now, tasks planned date, start date end finish date.

In this manner, you're able to monitor your order's current situation easily.

Column Explanations

Your report opens with the Planned Start Date task. You can easily change it with the Filter button.


Warehouse code of the processing/ to be processed Shipment Order.

Order Code

Code of the allocated shipment order.

Job Code

Code of your created job. This job code may represent multiple Shipment Orders.


This is the SKU of the allocated Product.

Pack Type

This is the Pack Type of the allocated SKU.

Task Type

This represents the activity type of tasks. It can be picking or packing.

Planned QTY

Allocated Quantity of the product.

Actual QTY

Processed Quantity of the product.

Task Status

This data represents the current status of the task.


When a task is Pending, this means the order/task is planned but to be processed soon.


When a task/order starts processing, the status will be change to Started.


When a task/order is completed, the status will be changed to Completed.


When a task/order is canceled, the status will be changed to Cancelled. Just keep in mind, if you cancel just the task, not the order itself, you can always assign a new job for the order.

Source Location

This represents the allocated inventory location for a certain task.

Target Location

This represents the target location for the task.


This represents the user who executes the task.

Planned Start Date

This represents the planned start date of the task.

Start Date

This represents the actual start date of the task. This date assigned when a user starts processing the task.

Finish Date

This represents the actual finish date of the task. This date assigned when a user finished processing the task.
