Tasks, such as picking, packing, and shipping, form the core of warehouse operations. This screen provides comprehensive documentation of each step and worker in the process, ensuring accuracy, identifying inefficiencies, and enabling managers to optimize workflow and improve productivity.

Benefits

This report provides real-time information about which Shipment Order or SKU is being processed, which ones are still pending, and which ones have been completed. Additionally, this report informs you of which user is currently processing the task, the planned date, the start date, and the finish date. In this way, you can easily monitor the current status of your order.

Column Explanations

  • Warehouse: Warehouse code of the processing/to be processed Shipment Order.

  • Order Code: Code of the allocated shipment order.

  • Job Code: Code of your created job. This job code may represent multiple Shipment Orders.

  • SKU: This is the SKU of the allocated Product.

  • Pack Type: This is the Pack Type of the allocated SKU.

  • Task Type: This represents the activity type of tasks. It can be picking or packing.

  • Planned QTY: Allocated Quantity of the product.

  • Actual QTY: Processed Quantity of the product.

  • Task Status: This data represents the current status of the task.

    • Pending: When a task is Pending, this means the order/task is planned to be processed soon.

    • Started: When a task/order starts processing, the status will be changed to Started.

    • Completed: When a task/order is finished, the status will be changed to Completed.

    • Cancelled: When a task/order is cancelled, the status will be changed to Cancelled. Just keep in mind, if you cancel just the task, not the order itself, you can always assign a new job for the order.

  • Job Status: This data represents the current status of the job.

    • Pending: When a job is Pending, this means the order/job is planned to be processed soon.

    • Started: When a job/order starts processing, the status will be changed to Started.

    • Completed: When a job/order is finished, the status will be changed to Completed.

    • Cancelled: If the job is canceled, it means the status of the order turns to open.

  • Source Location: This represents the allocated inventory location for a certain task.

  • Target Location: This represents the target location for the task.

  • Assignee: This represents the user who executes the task.

  • Planned Start Date: This represents the planned start date of the task.

  • Start Date: This represents the actual start date of the task. This date is assigned when a user starts processing the task.

  • Finish Date: This represents the actual finish date of the task. This date is assigned when a user finished processing the task.
