Purpose of the Report

The Dynamic Replenishment Report is a comprehensive tool designed to provide users with a clear overview of the replenishment status of each product in the warehouse. This report helps in monitoring and managing inventory levels efficiently, ensuring that products are available at picking locations as needed without overstocking or stockouts.

Column Explanations

Field

Description

Warehouse

The specific warehouse where the product is stored and replenished.

Client

The client or customer associated with the product inventory.

SKU

The stock-keeping unit identifier for the product.

Minimum Replenishment Level

The minimum stock level that should be maintained for the product to ensure availability.

Maximum Replenishment Level

The maximum stock level that should not be exceeded to avoid overstocking.

Source Location Total Quantity

The total quantity of the product available at source locations.

Source Location Free Quantity

The quantity of the product available and not allocated to any orders at source locations.

Target Location Available Quantity

The quantity of the product currently available at target picking locations.

Open Order Quantity

The total quantity of the product that is currently on open orders and needs to be fulfilled.

Open Replenishment Task Quantity

The quantity of the product that is already allocated to existing replenishment tasks.

To Replenish Quantity:

The amount of product needed to replenish the target locations to the desired levels.
Open Replenishment Task Quantity is not included in this column.
