Are you looking to get more out of Logiwa? Add-ons can help you take your business operations to the next level. We have a variety in the works, and, of course, we're always working on something new! This article will guide you to our Add-Ons page and give you a brief overview of what you can do there.

Finding and Activating Add-Ons

  • To find the Add-Ons section, hover over the Profile icon while on any page, then select Add-Ons from the menu.

  • From the Add-Ons page, you can view Popular Add-Ons, Active Add-Ons, and All Add-Ons.

  • To learn more about an add-on, just click the Details button (if available) to view an overview.

  • If you only want to see active add-ons, rather than active and planned add-ons, select the Active Add-Ons page.

  • Click the Details icon to learn more about an add-on.

  • If you're interested in an add-on, please reach out to your CSM about adding this to your subscription plan.

Deactivate/Reactivate Add-Ons

  • If you have an activated add-on that you would like to turn off, click the Details button for the add-on.

  • You can now find the Deactivate button on the top right side of the page. Click this button to proceed.

Note that selecting Deactivate does not cancel your subscription to an add-on. If you wish to cancel an add-on, please reach out to your CSM. You will see the following message before deactivation to confirm this.

  • Click No to back out and Deactivate Add-On to proceed.

  • If you'd like to reactivate a previously activate add-on (noted by the Subscribed mark), just click the Activate button.

  • \You will be asked to confirm your details. Click Save when you've confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation message when the add-on is activated, and see Activated written in green.
