Filters

By default, the dashboard shows all warehouses and clients that are accessible to the user, but they can be filtered to show specific warehouses and clients. This function allows you to view specific warehouses and clients on the dashboard, providing a more focused and customized view of the relevant data.

To filter by a warehouse or client, simply click the Warehouse and/or Client field(s) and select the box next to the warehouses/clients you wish to filter for.

To start filtering by the selections, click the Add Filter button.

It is possible to filter for more than one warehouse and/or client at a time. If you do this, the Filter section will show the total number of warehouses/clients you are filtering by.

To remove a filter, open the menu, de-select the added filter(s), and click Add Filter to update the page.

Progress for Today

This feature provides an overview of the daily progress in tasks, order lines packed, and orders to be shipped, including the total count and percentage completion, allowing you to assess and monitor productivity levels effectively.

In addition, if you filter by a single warehouse, you can view the progress through the day shift for that day.

Unfulfilled Orders

This section can be used to gain a view of unfulfilled orders in the warehouse. The total number of orders with no action taken, regardless of a specific time interval, is displayed. This snapshot of orders can enable you to notice issues and take timely actions.

Click Open or Ready to Pack & Ship to see just open orders/orders that are ready to pack and ship. Click the selected filter again to remove the change and view both.

Order Breakdown by Status

This feature provides a view of the number of orders based on their current status. Orders with an expected shipment date set to the day viewed, or prior to that day, will be displayed in this section. This functionality enables you to view trends and potentially catch unexpected problems at a glance.

The following statuses are tracked here:

  • Open
