In a warehouse, smooth restocking to picking locations is crucial to ensure that the warehouse can fulfill orders without delay. With Logiwa, you can perform replenishment by two methods: direct put or pick and put. This article will guide you through the pick and put process.

Guide to Replenishment by Pick & Put

  • First, navigate to the Replenishment screen from the Home screen.

  • Click the Pick & Put card to proceed.

    • Please note that to complete this process, the Apply Pick & Put option should be enabled while creating the relevant job type.

    • The key difference between a Direct Put job and a Pick & Put job is that a Direct Put job requires an item or LP to be picked and put in a single job, whereas a Pick & Put job requires the same task to be done via separate Pick and Put tasks.

  • From the Replenishment Jobs screen, you can see the jobs to be assigned to you (Your Jobs), the jobs in the pool, or scan/enter a job code. Click Job Pool to proceed.

  • Choose the job you wish to pick. Both Pick and Put jobs may be listed here.

  • Select a mobile location that you will pick the items into.

  • Pick your task by scanning/entering Source Location, Product, and Quantity.

  • Pick the rest of the tasks within the pick job by scanning/entering the same information.

  • Once you have completed the pick tasks, a summary of the data will be displayed. You can either postpone with Put Later or proceed directly to the put phase.

  • To continue, choose Go to Put Phase.

  • Scan or enter the mobile location that the items were picked into.

  • Put the task by scanning or entering Product, Quantity, and Target Location, then click the Put button.

  • Put the rest of the tasks within the job by scanning/entering the same information.

  • Once you have completed the assigned tasks, a summary of the data will be displayed. You can either return to the Home page or select another job.

  • Choose Go Home Page to finalize the process.
