Overview
Pick & Put is the two-step way to carry out replenishment on the Logiwa IO mobile app. In the pick phase you take stock from source locations onto a mobile cart or interim location; in the put phase you place it into the target locations. This lets you collect stock for several tasks in one trip before putting it away.
When to use it
Use Pick & Put when:
Operators collect stock for several target locations in one trip, for example on a cart.
Picking and putting are done by different people or at different times.
Stock is staged in an interim location before going to the pick face.

Prerequisites
The job's replenishment job type has Replenishment Flow set to Pick & Put.
The job is assigned to you, or is in the job pool.
Step-by-step
Pick phase
From the Home screen, open Replenishment and tap Pick & Put.
On Replenishment Jobs, open Your Jobs or Job Pool, or scan or enter a job code. Pick and put jobs can both appear in the list.
Select the job.
Select the mobile location (for example, a cart) you'll pick into.
For each task, scan or enter the Source Location, the Product (or the LP for a full-LP task) and the Quantity, then tap Pick.
When all pick tasks are done, a summary appears. Tap Go to Put Phase to continue, or Put Later to put the stock away later.
Put phase
Scan or enter the cart or location you picked into, in the Location / Mobile Cart field.
For each task, scan or enter the Product, the Quantity and the Target Location shown on the task, then tap Put.
When all put tasks are done, a summary appears. Tap Go Home Page or select another job.
How picking and putting work
Picking
Picking straight to the target. A put task is only created if you pick into a location other than the task's target. If you pick directly into the target location, the task is complete.
Picking more: allowed only up to Exceeding Percent % when Allow Exceed Task Quantity is on.
Picking less: with Update Task Quantity If Less Picked on, the task completes with what you picked. With it off, a new pick task is created for the rest when damaged or missing stock is reported or the source location doesn't have enough.
Damaged or missing stock: if you report the stock at the source as damaged or missing, that task is cancelled and a new one is created from another source location if one is available. If none is left, the job ends and you're returned to the job list.
Example: A task is for 10 units with 20% exceed allowed. You can pick up to 12. If you pick 7 and Update Task Quantity If Less Picked is off, a new pick task for 3 units is created.
Putting
Quantity: you can't put more than was picked. Exceeding Percent % doesn't apply to puts.
Short put: if you put less than the task, a new put task is always created for the rest.
Several tasks for the same product are shown as one combined quantity. Enter the total and it's split across the tasks according to what was picked for each.
Different target: to put into another location, you need Allow Scanning Another Put Location, or use Suggest Another if Allow Suggest Another is on.
Example: You picked 10 units onto CART-1 for target A-01. You put 6 into A-01; a new put task for the remaining 4 from CART-1 to A-01 is created.

Common questions
I tapped Put Later. How do I finish the job? Open Pick & Put again. The put job is listed on Replenishment Jobs; select it to start the put phase.
Why wasn't a put task created after picking? You picked directly into the task's target location, so no put step was needed.
Can I put into a different location than the one shown? Only if Allow Scanning Another Put Location is on for the job type. Otherwise, use Suggest Another if it's enabled.
