How live call transfers work, and how to make the most out of them.

With Nedzo AI Voice Agents, you can trigger multiple powerful functions - one of them being: Live Call Transfer


How it works

1. When creating an AI Agent, select "Live Transfer"

2. In the AI Agent editor, select "Advanced"

3. Under "Call Settings" update the the phone number you wish to transfer the call to and also what the Agent should say while transferring the call.


Specifics

We support "Cold" (direct) and "Warm" live transfers – that before connecting the call, the AI Agent will summarize in 5-10 seconds the conversation before transferring it to the other line.

Note:

Currently, we support "warm" live transfers in English only. This means that if you're using your agent in any other language, the feature will still work as intended although when summarizing the call before transferring it, the summary will be said in English - instead of the Agent's selected language.
