Objective

This article outlines the steps to access and manage the billing section, including plans, payments, and usage notifications.

Key Steps

Accessing the Billing Section 0:00

  • Click on your profile picture located in the upper right corner.

  • Select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu.

Understanding the Billing Dashboard 0:13

  • Review the current plan details at the top of the billing section:

    • Monthly plan information

    • Minutes used

    • Contacts used

    • Messages (coming soon)

    • Flows used

  • Scroll down to the 'Plans' section.

  • To upgrade or downgrade your plan:

    • Click the appropriate button for your desired action.

    • Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.

    • Add or remove payment methods.
