My battery is fully charged but the lamp does not turn on or doesn’t last long

If your fully charged NEOZ lamp won’t turn on or hold charge, it may be time for a battery replacement.

All NEOZ batteries are rechargeable and built for reliable performance, but like all rechargeable batteries, they have a limited lifespan. Over time, natural wear can reduce their capacity and affect your lamp’s performance.

Recommended replacement intervals:

  • UNO / N1 batteries: Every 3–5 years

  • PRO batteries: Every 7–10 years

Replacement batteries can be purchased directly from NEOZ or through our authorised resellers. Always use genuine NEOZ batteries to ensure safety, optimal performance, and compatibility with your lamp.

If you suspect your battery may be the cause of reduced runtime or performance issues, our service team can help.
