Introducing... the Executive Dashboard!

Have you had a chance to have a look at the Executive Dashboard yet? Users with Client Admin access now have the opportunity to fully explore this new feature. This article aims to give you a full understanding of what you can expect from the Executive Dashboard.

You can access the Executive Dashboard by selecting “Exec Dashboard” on the left pane of your screen.

Once selected, you will be taken to the Exec dashboard where you will be presented with 5 useful tabs:

We will explore each of these tabs in greater detail in the related articles. Click on the links to learn more about the Executive Dashboard! The below is a brief overview of what to expect from the tabs.

Summary

The Summary tab offers an overview of key information related to various aspects of your business. You have the flexibility to select specific locations or consolidated regions to tailor the summary to your needs. At the top of the tab, you'll find essential key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide valuable insights into your business's performance. You will also be provided with useful graphs regarding inventory and sales to help you make well-informed decisions based on your overall business performance.

Inventory

The Inventory tab offers comprehensive information about your inventory. You can access KPIs specific to your selected locations or consolidated regions. You can also filter the data by item groups and customize the timeframe to focus on what matters most to you. You'll find a range of KPIs on the top of the tab, as well as useful graphs, which give you information about your inventory's health, potential lost sales, and availability.

Sales

The Sales tab shows you historical sales information for your selected location or group of locations. With the Sales tab, you have the ability to access and analyze KPIs, and view informative graphs to gain a deeper understanding of your sales performance. With this information, you can assess your sales performance, measure profitability, and identify those star-performing locations and products that are driving your success.

Recommended Orders

The Recommended Orders tab offers insights into the ordering activity of your selected location or group of locations. Within the Recommended Orders tab, you can access KPIs which will help you evaluate your ordering performance, track order downloads to the ERP system and identify trends. Keep a keen eye on the variance metric, as it reveals whether users trust the app's recommendations or have performed manual overrides to fine-tune the inputs.

Orders

The Orders tab provides detailed information about ordering activity for your chosen location or group of locations. Within the Orders tab, you will be offered valuable key metrics to give you an understanding of your sales and purchase orders. The metrics include information about Overdue Sales Orders, Open Sales Orders, Purchase Orders (historic and future) and Suppliers.

With valuable KPIs, informative graphs, and detailed metrics, the Executive Dashboard enables you to make well-informed decisions, track performance, measure profitability, and identify areas of success and improvement for your business.
