How do I submit to the 'Fundraising Email Gallery' for consideration?

When creating an e-mail blast, there is a setting under the 'Setup' step where you may choose and share your e-mail blast within the gallery.

Alternatively, you can locate your e-mail on the 'Email Blasts' landing page after you have sent your message and click the 'Actions' button. Then, select the 'Share to Email Gallery' option from the available drop-down list.

Note: You cannot share an e-mail you have created using an existing template from the gallery.

What if I do not want to share my e-mail blasts for use within the gallery?

If you prefer not to share your e-mail blasts, do not check the box next to that option during the 'Setup' step.

How long will it take for my e-mail blast to be featured in the gallery?

It may take up to 24 hours for your e-mail to be featured in the gallery after you have submitted it for consideration.

Note: Granting permission to share your e-mail does not guarantee it will be featured in the gallery.

How do I remove one of my organization’s e-mails currently featured in the gallery?

To remove an e-mail you included within the gallery from being accessible, locate it on your 'Email Blasts' landing page.

From there, click the 'Actions' button next to the e-mail you want to remove and select 'Remove from Email Gallery' from the drop-down list.
