  • Create a campaign page for monthly giving, highlighting the importance of monthly donors to your organization.

  • Add impact labels to giving levels to illustrate specifically what a donation provides.

  • Write and set up automatic thank you receipts.

  • Develop a special thank you and stewardship program for monthly donors, such as quarterly reporting.

  • Identify your target audience for monthly donations based on previous giving history, giving frequency, giving recency, and how donors engage with your organization.

  • Create a dedicated monthly donor appeal campaign for this group, asking them to join the monthly giving program and have a big impact!

  • Add the option to choose monthly giving in every ask, appeal, and campaign page.

  • Celebrate monthly donors (and their impact) by including updates on your monthly giving program in your annual report, newsletters, and on your organization’s website.
