Network For Good Certification Exam

Updated this week

Our FREE Certification Program is designed to help Administrators master the features and capabilities in Network For Good that drive your organization towards achieving your goals.

This program is an excellent opportunity to level up your skills, get recognized for your expertise, and take your career to the next level. Click the questions below to learn more.

How is the exam administered?

The self-pace exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions. Examinees will receive their score upon completion of the exam and those who pass with 90% or higher will receive a Certification Badge within 48hrs via email.

If an examinee receives a score of 89% or less, they can retake the exam after a 7-day wait period. Examinees may retake the exam up to 2 times.

Once certified, Administrators are expected to maintain their certification by completing the 5 – 10 question Re-certification exam, administered biannually. This re-certification exam assesses your knowledge on new releases that have rolled out over the last 6 – 9 months.

How do I prepare?

To help Administrators prepare for the certification exam we offer a FREE Network For Good Certification Exam Prep Class that covers:

  • An overview & expectations of the exam

  • A review of the competency categories

  • An outline of the Recommended Refresher Trainings

  • Any additional questions in an open Q&A session

A link to register will be announced and made available via our monthly newsletter closer to the Exam Launch Date.

How do I get access to the exam?

The exam will be administered in an online format. We are in the very early stages of developing this and have no additional details currently. However, we will be sharing more via our monthly NFG Newsletter. So, stay tuned.

Will I receive a Certificate?

Within 48hrs of successfully passing, Examinees will receive an official badge via email from Credly (our badge issuing partner). Once you accept your badge you can easily share it on LinkedIn, in your emails, and other relevant spaces.
