Network For Good Certification Exam

Our FREE Certification Program is designed to help Administrators master the features and capabilities in Network For Good that drive your organization towards achieving your goals.

How is the exam administered?

The self-pace exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions. Examinees will receive their score upon completion of the exam and those who pass with 90% or higher will receive a Certification Badge within 48hrs via email.

If an examinee receives a score of 89% or less, they can retake the exam after a 7-day wait period. Examinees may retake the exam up to 2 times.

Once certified, Administrators are expected to maintain their certification by completing the 5 – 10 question Re-certification exam, administered biannually. This re-certification exam assesses your knowledge on new releases that have rolled out over the last 6 – 9 months.

How do I get access to the exam?

The exam will be administered inside the Bonterra Academy LMS and requires users to create a free account to access it. Click here for step - by - step instructions on how to sign - up.

Will I receive a Certificate?

Within 48hrs of successfully passing, Examinees will receive an official badge via email from Credly (our badge issuing partner). Once you accept your badge you can easily share it on LinkedIn, in your emails, and other relevant spaces.

How do I accept my Badge?

Your certification badge will come in an email from Bonterra via Credly at this email address: admin@credly.com. We recommend adding this email address to your contacts so your badge doesn't end up in your junk mail folder. You can click here for a step by step guide on how to accept your badge.

How long is my certification valid?

Help, I never received my badge!?

If it has been more than 48hrs since you've successfully passed the exam and you did not see your email from Bonterra via Credly in your inbox, please check your junk mail (or promotions folder for GMail users) for an email from admin@credly.com.

If after searching you still do not see the email containing your badge, please reach out to clienttrainingrequests@bonterratech.com so we can confirm your email address and re-issue your badge.
