The Network for Good login experience changed on February 10, 2026, to logging in with your Bonterra Account.
Step 1: Navigate to the new login page
You can access the new login portal in any of the following ways:
Navigate to the login page & click ‘Login’ or ‘Log in to your account’
Use your direct account URL, such as:
https://yourorg.dm.networkforgood.com
Step 2: Enter your email address
Use the email address associated with your Network for Good account.
If your browser auto-fills your credentials today, you may want to double-check which email you use.
Step 3: Enter your password
If you remember your password:
Enter your current password & then click ‘Next’ to sign in.
If you forgot your password:
Click the ‘Forgot password?’ link. You will receive an email with instructions on how to set a new password & then log in.
A password reset is only required if you don’t remember your password.
Step 4: Access your Fundraising Tools
Once logged in, you will have access to:
Donor Management
Fundraising Pages
Auctions
What about existing sessions?
If you are already logged in when the change happens:
Your session will continue to work until it expires or you log out
The next time you log in, you will use the new login portal
