Step 1: Navigate to your Dashboard
Log in to your 'Donor Management' system (DMS) or 'Fundraising Pages' and navigate to your Dashboard.
Step 2: Click to activate the Coach
Find the 'Ask AI' tab on the right side of the page or the 'Ask Fundraising Coach' button in the lower right corner, and click to begin a conversation.

Step 3: Start chatting with the Coach
Select one of our existing prompts, or type in your question! The Coach will be able to provide consultation and guidance using our coaching and fundraising tools and your fundraising history.

Try asking:
“What’s the best appeal to run this month?”
“How did my last year-end appeal perform?”
Step 4: Additional actions within the Fundraising Coach
When the coach is activated, you can also take the following actions:
Start conversation: Click the plus sign to start or go back to your active conversation if you have opened any of the other actions.
Access prior conversation history: The clock icon will show you all previous chats you have had with the assistant, so helpful information you have already researched is readily available.
Rate, copy, & share: After each response from the Coach, you will find a set of icons that allow you to quickly interact with the content -
Rate the response to let us know if it was helpful, using the 'thumbs down' or 'thumbs up' icons. Your feedback helps improve future answers.
Copy the response using the 'Duplicate' icon - perfect for pasting into documents or emails.
Click the paper airplane icon to share a response via email.
These tools are designed to make it easy for you to engage with and share helpful insights from the Coach.
Close the Assistant: Click the 'x' to close your current conversation. You can access the Assistant at any time!
