We are improving the login experience for select Network for Good fundraising tools to make signing in faster, more reliable, & consistent with other Bonterra products.
This update affects customers who use Donor Management, Fundraising Pages, & Auctions & will begin rolling out in late January.
Feature Overview: New Login Experience
When the change goes live, you will see a new login page for affected products & can continue to use your current email address & password to sign in. However, please note that you will no longer be able to log in using the old login page once this change goes live. You will also need to update any bookmarked links.
Feature Availability
This update applies to users of the following Network for Good Fundraising tools:
Donor Management
Fundraising Pages
Auctions
Users of DonateNow & the Disbursement Portal (for check disbursements) will continue using their existing login workflows.
What’s Changing
You will see a new login page when signing in to Donor Management, Fundraising Pages, & Auctions.
You will continue to log in using your email address & password.
Older login links & bookmarks may no longer work after the update.
What’s Not Changing
Your account, data, and permissions are not changing.
You do not need to reset your password as long as you remember it.
DonateNow & the Disbursement Portal retain their existing login experience.
What to Do Now (Recommended)
To help make this transition as smooth as possible, we recommend the following:
Confirm Your Login Email
Make sure you know the email address associated with your login. If your browser or password manager auto-fills your credentials, it can be easy to forget which email you use.
If you are uncertain, check your login email now or confirm with another admin on your account.
Bookmark Your Account Page (Not the Login Page)
For example, bookmark your Donor Management Dashboard instead of the login screen. Your account page bookmark will continue to work after the update. The URL you should bookmark will look something like this:
Forgot your password?
If you think you might not remember your password:
You can choose to update it now.
Or wait until the new login page goes live & use 'Forgot password?' to reset it then.
Resetting your password ahead of time is optional but can make your first login smoother.
