Why is Network for Good changing the login experience?
Now, you can use one secure login for Nonprofit Hub & other Bonterra products, which provides:
modern security standards
improved reliability
a consistent experience across Bonterra products
Do I need to reset my password?
No.
If you know your current password, you can log in without having to reset it.
If you do not remember your password, use the 'Forgot password?' link on the login page.
Are there any security changes?
the new login uses your Bonterra account
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) will continue to work as it does today
additional security improvements are planned for the future
How do I log in to legacy products (DNL & DN2)?
DonateNow Lite (DNL – Disbursement Portal)
Supported login method (unchanged):

No longer supported after the change:
logging in with EIN & password at
account.networkforgood.comaccessing DNL via My Tools in Fundraising Pages
On the login page, you will see a link labeled:
“For Good disbursement portal login”, which takes you to the correct DNL login page.

Supported login method (unchanged):
Log in with email & password at

No longer supported after the change:
accessing DN2 through My Tools in Fundraising Pages
What happens to the current login portal?
https://account.networkforgood.com will continue to exist, but will be used only for:
DonateNow Lite (DNL)
DonateNow 2 (DN2)
It will no longer work for Donor Management, Fundraising Pages, or Auctions.
What happens to bookmarked URLs?
Bookmarks that will NOT work for Fundraising Tools
https://account.networkforgood.comIdentity/login URLs
Bookmarks that WILL continue to work (Recommended)
Your direct account URLs, such as:
Donor Management Dashboard
Fundraising Pages admin
Auctions admin
Best practice: Bookmark your account page, not the login page.
